WE HAVE A 1983 HONDA CX 650 TURBO. WHEN WE RIDE THE BIKE AND ENGAGE THE TURBO, IT SHUTS DOWN. WHAT CAUSES THIS AND HOW MAY WE FIX IT? PLEASE ADVISE.
