| I love my cx500d and have had this one for 17 years now. I still marvel how well she runs and handles after all those miles.70k+ uses no pol. Had 2 clutches, fan, and one gasket on motor replaced.Tires, batteries , brake pads, etc. Normal wear items only other parts needed through the years. Road from Cheyenne to Phoenix literally full throttle most of the time in 1998 and thought if she´s goona blow it will be now. Engines are bullet proof with normal maintainance performed regularly. I go look at new bikes, Harleys, etc. then get on mine to ride home and just go this ain´t bad at all. Has outlasted many of my friends high dollar scooters. They used to make fun of me for not riding a hog, but they had to quit bad mouthing my bike as it has outlasted them all! Ride on! |
