When I bought the bike there was only 17,989 miles on it. It has a ticking noise that seems to be coming from the valve cover.In taking a closer look I noticed the rockers were loose.I adjusted Intake.08 / exauhst .10 cold.It didnt help. When I looked at the timing there was an fr,tr,fl,tl on the crank. How do I adjust them properly, and should they be tighter?
