This is most unusual! I would suspect the problem lies in the coils/HT leads plugs or connections. Check you have the correct coils leads and plugs on your bike. Running the CDI into faulty coils etc can pop the SCR´s in the CDI Also check the kill switch connection, this should be normally open and stops the engine by shorting the CDI to ground.
