Just bought a 1981 Honda CX500 Custom. 19,000 miles in very good shape. The one problem I have that I need help on is that it hesitates on acceleration or choppy acceleration. Mileage seems good at over 40mpg. No smoke no leaks. Slight smell of gas all the time however. When I really rev it up the hesitation seems to disappear. Thanks.
