There are a surprising number of 500T´s still out there. They pop up on Ebay quite often. Due to the rarity of one per dealer many were bought by collectors and still have low mileage. I bought mine a few years ago in showroom new condition with 7K miles. I would bet there are at least a hundred in the US alone. Unfortunately there are a few (like the one pictured here) that ended up with tacky paint jobs. The 1983 CX650T is very rare and rumor has it only 566 out of 1777 produced made it out into the public. Honda doomed the remaining 1200 or so as school bikes never to be titled. I was so blown away by my 500T I immediatly went on a search for a 650T. The picture of the one on this site (bikez.com) is mine. I bought it from the guy that submitted the picture. That one had 11K miles on it when I bought it. |
