need help: rebuilt carbs, reinstalled on bike,throttle does not return
on its own, could i have cables reversed or just out of adjustment?
when i removed them, i loosened the lock nut on bottom of cable only so they would go back at same adjustment,it is obvious something is not right.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
