Ignition switch problem?

So last month, my bike was doing this weird thing where none of the front electronics work. I couldnt start it and the headlamp didn´t come on. But, the tail light and brake light would both work fine. I had this guy at a local dealership test my ignition switch and he said it was fine and it was most likely my battery. i took it home, charged it, and it worked fine. But now, its doing the same thing. I can at least get the ignition to work in i twist the key around a few times but the headlamp refuses to turn on. i tried charging the battery like last time but it is fully charged. Anybody know what could be the problem?
