problem with bike returning to idle after reving. Idles back very slowly. checked throttle linkage and carb slide, seems to be free and okay. Put on brand new carb and still has the same problem. when closing the twist grip it returns to slow very slowly. Grandson is a little timid about shifting as the rpms are too high. Is this common? Any help would be appreciated.
