Clanking Rattling Noise

My bike seems to have a clanky or slight rattling noise when accelerating in lower gears, at first. After a few seconds it will go away. I have looked on the bike to see if there is a loose plate or bolt of some sort, but have found nothing. I´ve taken apart the bike and suspect that maybe its the cam timing chain, maybe a little loose?

Any one have suggestions or had this issue before?
