hey i got an 06 230 to and i have a bbr pipe and a bunch of stuff but if i were you go to www.crfsonly.com and go to crf 230 f click exuast and check out the baja designs baffle, looks good and sounds better also check out the power thrust nozzle gives a throatier sound. later and good luck.
