07 crf 230 jumps out of 1st to neutral

My 07 230 jumps out of 1st to neutral. Also shifts hard from 2nd to first Hits neutral. I have the clutch cover off and rolling it through the paces on the stand it seems like everything looks good. Just rolling it by the rear wheel. Anyone seen this problem?
