The 2014 Honda CRF250L used a Showa SFF (Separate Function Fork) inverted 43mm front suspension setup. It uses Honda Pro Suspension Fluid SS-8 (10W) or equivalent fork oil. Fork oil level is given below, but double check with your dealer before doing anything.

SHOWA SFF 43mm [right side spring, left side damping.]

fork oil:
Honda Pro Suspension Fluid SS-8 (10W) or equivalent
fork oil level RIGHT = 122 mm
fork oil level LEFT = 38 mm
fork oil capacity RIGHT = 658 ml +-2.5
fork oil capacity LEFT = 683 ml +-2.5
fork oil capacity TOTAL = 1341 ml
