well castrol oil is very good depending on whether your bike is a 2 or 4 stroke if your bike of a four stroke i would recommend castrol 10w - 40 oil if your bike is a two stroke well then putoline mx 5 oil will do the job very well that is what im running in my honda cr 125 2003 model which is a 2 stroke motocrosser. good luck with your bike
