The 07 CR125R is an off road competition bike and isnt actually built for highway, its meant for off road purposes only but as far as slapping a plate on it and a wiring harness for some lights i dont know if you could get insurance for it. My 07 CR125 cost $6399 before tax ... hope it was helpful
