Hey.
I´m isaac. I am 13 and i am 5ft 4" and i am currently moving out of a xr200r aswell. It is a big step in power, but it will last me for A LOT longer than the xr100. I am getting a cr125 and i think it´s a good idea. The hight factor can be fixed. If u get a freestyle seat, they don´t vary in thickness along the bike, they stay amout 3cm in thickness, so at the lowest section of the seet, it´s alot smaller, ( roughly 900mm or lower ).
