Braking system

I have bought one of these scooters in excellent condition and when I got it had only covered 1,200 miles.
It has an ABS warning light on the dashboard, does anyone know if it has ABS or is this a standard dash? Alternatively can anyone tell me how to check for an ABS system on the scooter?
