Hello to everyone here

My name is Mihai and i am from Romania. It is probably needless to say that i am a beginner and as such i am looking for a motorcycle that suits me (and my lack of experience). I have been advised by many to start with a Honda Cm 400, and i should like to get your opinion on this. Basically is this a good bike for touring, are parts easy to find, and anything else you might have to tell me.
