Oh yeah!! That sounds like a fun ride, I have a ´81 CM 400 C. It´s basically stock, except the paint and logos are off. I´ve been thinking about customizing it too, but it looks good as a classic. Maybe when I get a newer bike I might chop this one or my ´85 Shadow 700 vt. Good luck, and add a picture of it soon so we can see it. Have fun.
