Hi man, the oil filter in the honda cm400T are on the bottom, you will find a screw that you take out and the filter is in there, it is a filter with a hole from top to bottom.

By the way how much oil do you put in this motorcycle, I am confused with the dipstick, lines at the bottom or at top ???
