Clutch Problem? |

I have recently been hearing a grinding noise coming from the engine when I take my hand off the throttle and the bike is engaged at around 4,000 RPMs. This hasn´t been a problem in the past and my guess it is an issue with the clutch as the noise goes away if I put the bike into neutral, or re-engage the clutch. This hasn´t been a problem in the past, and doesn´t seem to affect the performance of the bike, but the noise sounds BAD. Also, it seems like the noise is coming from the back part of the engine, right under the seat (not the left front where the clutch is located). Any thoughts on the issue? |
