I took a tumble off a smaller scooter in April of 2008. With my insurance settlement, I bought a 2005 Honda Rebel. Sad to say, I´ve gotten little or no support in learning on this new, more powerful machine! I am learning from books, and in my parking lot in first gear only. Here is my question: I´ve moved to Vancouver...where it is wicked cold. Once I´ve started my bike, and it has warmed up... shouldn´t the choke be all the way \
