only had problems when the battery wasn´t great. jump starting it for me wasn´t too hard, just get her rolling and pop the clutch, off I´d go...but if you don´t have a hill that could be a bit harder. My husband just bought me a new battery, and short of the annoying momentary noise when it starts...it´s been just fine...it may be the battery connectors? Or ?? Good luck, GREAT BIKE!
