It seems your front wheel is either seized or your front brake is seized. It will need to be looked at. The rear wheel spinning while in neutral is not normal, at least mine does not. Is it in gear on the center stand? Are you starting it with the clutch lever pulled in and the wheel spins when you let the clutch out? If so, you ARE in gear |
