HI I HAVE 1980 CM200T STARTS 1ST KICKS, TICKS OVER, GIVE IT A FIXED 1/4 THROTTLE ENGINE RESPONDS THEN REVS THEN FALLS THEN REVS ON ITS OWN INCREASE THROTTLE AND DOES NOT RESPOND CAN YOU HELP?
