Just brought this new scooter home was starting just fine. Rode it once about 100 yds. Then put it in my garage. The weather has been cold even getting to 3 degrees F. one day. Now the scooter will not start. It has been in the 30’s and even got to 46 degrees F but still won’t start even after charging the battery. I noticed on the gauges the Temp read 3. It is cold in the garage.

Any thoughts?
