Clutch Wont disengage

Clutch Wont disengage

Hey guys I just got a cl 350 and am restoring it. I have the bike somehwat running but it does not seem to want to idle without the choke on, and the clutch will not disengage when I pull the lever. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
