White emissions when idling

I am using a 2004 Honda CG125 in tropical enviroment (constant 30 degres celcius). I notice lately that the bike emission is white-blue smoke when idling at traffic lights (after both 10minutes and 1hour rides). The spark plug is dry and brown. Any ideas why am I getting white emissions.
