when was the Honda CBX 550F launched and what was the price of the bike in the year 1983 ??

I have the bought the bike but dont have the sale reciept.
which is essential for transferring the vehicle to my name.
the registering authourity asked me for the price of the bike when launched/ purchased to caluculate the Tax amount that i need to pay or he asked me to produce any body´s sale reciept as the proof of the price of the bike.
So if any has the sale reciept please email me copy of that, So that using that email as proof of the price i can get my bike registered here.

So please Help me....
