Please let the list know what that problem is when you find the answer. It seems logical that you should check the airfilter. After you take off the filter look down into the throttlebody and see if the carbs are grimed up. Then there must be a tension spring that is used to hold the throttle open to the setting. I bet there is some grim build up that is causing resistance somewhere.
