my carbs arnt pulling in gas my bike wont idle and i have to gas it like crazy to keep it running for a whole 30 secs I cleaned the jets checked the bowls the fuel pump and fuel filter and replaced the plugs what am i missing to get my bike to run it only has 9,700 miles but it has sat for 7 years pleas help me
