Should i buy ´95 cbr 600 F3 with 23,000 miles?

I´m looking into buying a 95 cbr 600 f3 and it has 23,000 miles. It appears to be well taken care of since it is owned by a Honda Tech. and has been serviced throughly and just recently went through its 24,000 mile service. But this will be my first bike and I am wondering if that is to many miles for a bike and if it will not have the same push that it had when it only had 6000 miles? What do you guys think? I appreciate any input!!
