If you´re new to Street Bikes this is an excellent website to help you with the smaller things you can do on your own. I´m sure there is alot more you can do on your own, but this is a good start.

I just recently changed my CCTL using this walk through, and I´m not very mechanically inclined when it comes to automobiles and bikes. Took me just under 2 hours and was cake with the list of tools he listed. I used all 1/4\
