My CBR600F3 "95" won´t start

My CBR600F3 "95" won´t start

My bike was running and starting fine but the other day it stalled and now it won´t start. Carb is cleaned, gas filter changed, spark plugs changed. The engine turns over but it won´t start and it keeps flooding. Any suggestions??????
