Hey Ahmed, not sure on your riding style so I won´t speak about the oil, but as far as fuel goes, since an 87 octane has less harmful additives and chemicals that may just work in reverse as opposed to pumping 94 octane into a car. I recommend 87, not only that, since it will run "cleaner" in a motorcycle´s engine(less garbage, more gas), it actually improved (for me at least) my ´04 F4i to +3bhp on the rear last I checked on the dyno.
