Gas Tank Problems

My 95 CBR 600 recently started leaking gas from around the lid. There is a rubber seal there but Honda does not sell just the seal, only the entire gas tank lid. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem, can offer some suggestions, or know where to get good used parts.
