Now my 97 CBR 600 F3 wont start

I got my 97 about six months ago, rode it four or five times until it got too cold. At first it would just crank and crank when cold and never turn over. I replaced the battery and it worked for a little bit but soon started the same thing. I jumped it off a couple of times and it turned over and I rode it one time and it started dying during idle. I limped it back home and now it just clicks when I press and release the starter switch. I checked the plugs(what a ****) and they are not that bad, I replaced the battery again(didnt charge it), tried to jump it, but just click, click. Any help?
