HERE IS THE REAL TRUTH.........LACK OF OIL THROUGH THE SMALL HOLES OF THE JOURNALS ON THE EXHAUST AND INTAKE CAMS IS WHAT IS CAUSING THE TICKING SOUND. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE STANDING MY BIKE UP AT 2 0´CLOCK AND RIDING THE REAR RUBBER FOR AS LONG AS I CAN, ALTHOUGH......HA HA ...THIS COMES AT A HIGH PRICE. TOO MUCH WHEELIES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIMES WILL CAUSE BOTH THE CAMS TO HEAT UP EXCESSIVELY. I BROKE AN EXHAUST CAM IN TWO IN WHICH SENT SHAVINGS DOWN INTO THE PAN.....WHAT FUN.....ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR....COMPLETE HEAD, CAMS, MISC SHIT, AND OH YEAH DID I MENTION A COMPLETE TEAR DOWN OF THE MOTOR TO ENSURE NO SHAVINGS??? TOTAL $4,000.00.......BRAND NEW MOTOR FROM HONDA FACTORY WITH ALL......ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLED......2,978,71 TAX INCL. WHEN CHANGING YOUR OIL.....ADD 3-4 MORE OZ. MORE THAN NORMAL. THIS WILL HELP FLOOD THE CAMS DURING YOUR "FLIGHT"
