I´m looking at a 1995 Honda CBR 600f3 for $650
The motorcycle runs well, has 108,000 miles, and is in fair to good condition.
They say that 95% of the miles were from commuting to San Francisco.

Is this an offer I should take, or pass up?
Is this too many miles?
