I have recently bought a Honda and 250, the mechanic who looks after my bikes actually obtained it so I think its ok.
I have some issues getting into neutral, can see the light come on as it passes from 1st or 2 nd, but rarely goes into Neutral at first try.
Never had problems on an old kwak er5, is it because s it´s a 07 page with9k on it or maybe my boots?
Mechanic test ride it and didn´t say he had issues with gears etc.
