I have a CBF600 NA4 and used to get vibration at certain rev/speed combinations. Since changing my tyres I have not noticed it as much throughout the ranges although I do still get some when I´m ´cruising´ in top gear along dual carriageways etc. I think it´s just the ´harmonics´ of all the various components combining at a certain point in the speed/rev range - It quickly disappears when I change speed up or down. Even though they had done less than 2K I changed my standard fit Bridgestones for a brand new set of Metzeler Roadtec Z6´s (£200 all-in & fully fitted etc); I´m not saying it will fix the problem but it might be worth considering when it comes your time to change the tyres that you try a different brand - I found the Bridgestone Battlax to be quite ´Hard´ for my liking.. |
