Replace rear wheel

The missus has a split rubber valve stem on the rear wheel and I need to take it off to get a replacement. I guess I need to remove the exhaust first? And then the wheel?

Anyone know the recommended torque settings for the nuts that I will have to replace, particularly the wheel?!
