The hot set up for the carbs is to go up one size on the mainjets and set the slows at 3 turns out. The carbs are easy to pull as an entire block and then you can flip them upside down to work on them. You can clip off the limiting tangs on the slow speed screws with a pair of dikes so you can then back them out 3 turns. When it becomes necessary to replace the air cleaner, pop for the K+N.
