Wow dajavu there. I had the same issue though I broke the push cable. You will need to pull the carbs and adjust the linkage that holds the throttle open on each carb. Start by spinning the throttle adjuster out till it no longer alters anything (you can see where it connects to the mettal lip that it pushes. Look into the carbs at the throttle flaps you want to get all of those adjusted so they are sealed tight or as close to sealed as you can get (I couldnĀ“t get it perfect but I got it close). To do this there is a linkage screw inbetween each of the 4 carbs that has can be tightened or loosened. Loosen the nut on each of those screws and adjust them all till you get what looks like the best seal. ****you will notice two washers on that adjustment screw at the bottom. If you took the carbs appart int he past make sure that one of those washers in on the top of the fork that connects the two carbs and one is on the bottom****** arbuckle17@gmail.com if you have questions on this. |
