1980 750F or 750C Master Cylinder?

I have a 1980 CB750F with a CB750 C front brake caliper. I have rebuilt the caliper but the front brake is still sticking. I want to rebuild the master cylinder but do not know how to tell if it is a F model of a C model master cylinder. any suggestions?
