Leaking overflow on carbs |

I can´t seem to get all 4 carbs to cut off the gas prior to overflow. I recently did some work where I had to replace the o rings on the fuel intake line between 1 and 2 and during that time I opened up those two carbs and sprayed them out with cleaner. After putting the whole assembly back in the bike 1 and 2 leaked from the overflows. I took the tops off and sprayed them out through the top and through the open overflow and finaly got them to stop. Then the next day 3 started to do the same thing. I added carb cleaner to my gas, in the hopes that it might fix it, and today I noticed 2 and 3 started to leak. This is really becomming a huge issue of frustration. I don´t have any tubes comming off of the overflows so when the leak I get gas all over the bottom engine compartment not to mention it is a huge waist in fuel. What do I need to do to fix this permanently or am I just waisting my time on something I will never fix? |
