R.L.F. jr. You said that you CLEANED the carbs. After sitting for 3 yrs they will dry out and they all need to be REBUILT (carb kits). Also, you didn´t say if the bike will run at all. If it won´t start, and you´re getting gas to the carbs, it may be that you have a pinched or collasped fuel line feeding the carbs. It could also be that your valves are frozen (stuck closed).
