Won´t take fuel!

Howdy!
I have a ´78 Honda 750A in pristine condition. However, it sat for 3 years and now it won´t get fuel to the motor. I completely cleaned the carbs and reinstalled them. No Deal. I have good fuel flow from the tank, and the carbs appear to get fuel when you choke it, but it doesn´t reach the motor!
I really could use ANY help you have!!
