hello, i recently bought an 81 honda cb 650, it needs quite a bit of work, can any one give me some info on the following things that i need to do to it,
im going to replace the following, exhaust, headgaskets, chain, both sprockets, battery, spark plugs,
thats the major stuff, of course im also gonna be changing the oil and air filter (its been sitting for some time) and clean out my carbs.
i was told when i bought the bike that the motor it has, is not the original and that it was bought off the internet, and when installed by the previous owner ( who claims to be a mechanic) had a sereious oil leak, so... i got my work cut out for me, any tips ?
also one more thing, can i buy an 82 exhaust system and still have fit on the bike even though its a diff year ?
