Hello:
I recently bought a 1980 CB650 custom in rough shape for decent price. It is running but burning/leaking a lot of oil. I need to investigate further. However, I am also looking for a used engine for this. Does anyone know which years of CB650 engine would work in the 1980? One dealer told me to watch out because Honda changed from point type ignition to CDI somewhere in early 80s. Any help appreciated. Also looking for good condition stock exhaust pipes.
